At the beginning of November 2006 an employee of the tv station "TV Gelderland" contacted me by phone
She asked me if I was interested in making a tv program about our cavy's and our family
I was  realy suprised and of course liked that
It was a program about people with special hobby's
It would take 3 film sessions to make a movie of 40 minutes

At the 26th of November the first session took place at a show
Some of our cavy's were there and also the cuy presentation that we gave

 
   

This is one of the 2 sessions at our home
Here you can see that I was taking the shoots for our birthday calendar
They thought it was a nice thing to film

 
   

Also the cages and how I was feeding them was filmed


 

 The last session they turned our living room into a little film studio

   

   

   

 

They made a teaser shoot with a real cavy running game in the front yard

   

   

 

The interviews took place at several places in our living room and shed

   

   

 

At the end they treated us with a live performance of a Dutch country duo
On our own couch Ruud Hermans (Tumbleweeds) and Dick van Altena (Major Dundee)
sang the song "Tell it to you"
Afterwards they gave us a signatured CD
